Even if you're in your guest campaign the rules for access to IC are based on your home campaign? So if I set Azura as my home campaign and then used Axe of Belharza as my guest campaign then I could go to my guest and go into IC regardless of whether my alliance held any keeps in Axe? Wow, that makes no sense...ZOS_BrianWheeler wrote: »If his home campaign is Axe of Belharza, then the map is stating correct information that you need your native 6 keeps to get into IC. If the home campaign was any other campaign, there is a legitimate bug there if looking at a map of Azura, Blackwater, etc.

OK. So if you are in Azura and Azura has not access restrictions, you should be able to get into IC without issues even if your home campaign is Axe and your faction doesn't own enough keeps in Azura, right?
Wait, but if they have their own set of access rules then that goes contrary to your earlier post where you said it was working as intended that when OP was in Azura it was locked based on keeps, even though it's not a campaign that is supposed to be locked...ZOS_BrianWheeler wrote: »Nope. @ZOS_BrianWheeler Yeah, that's the problem. OP is homed in Belharza, but guesting in Azura, and appears to be having access restrictions while in Azura.ZOS_BrianWheeler wrote: »Nope. I just confirmed the IC access "lockout" on guest campaigns as simply a display bug. Screenshots are included.
Process: I did exactly the same thing as the OP.
I set my EP Home campaign to "Axe of Belharza", then set my Guest campaign to "Azura's Star".
I checked the Cyrodiil map, while outside Cyrodiil, to confirm that EP was currently locked out of IC.
I then entered my Guest campaign of Azura's Star.
Here's the screenshot while in Azura's:
I rode to the nearest IC gate, and the sewers entrance still had the "Use" prompt:
Activating the entrance door did grant access, as expected:
Confirmed: This is simply a display bug.
Hope this helps,

Thanks for checking this out. Last night I tried what you just did, yet the door was not interactable. I then got further confused when I looked at the map. At the time didn't know it was a display bug. I just got home from work so I'll try accessing IC again. Maybe it was an isolated anomaly.
