UI Error in Inventory

Every time I try to click on an item in my inventory I'm hit with a message saying UI Error and the only way to close this message is to press the back button on the controller.

I just ran into the same problem, it seems to fix itself by restarting the game. This should be addressed though because its pretty annoying not being able to access my inventory without restarting the game.
