After i hit level 50?(ending main story, PS4)

Hi,

Is my first time i play an MMO like ESO (used to be top tier at Diablo3). I started playing 2 weeks ago and i am leveling on my own,
I am looking to power game/grind this game because right now i have a lot of free time, but the problem is that i have too many questions ;(
(hope someone can help)

-Actually i am level 44 DK(ebonheart), leveling alone in the Main story quest. I been wasting my time, is it neccesary to finish the main story? there are faster ways to achieve lvl 50? in other words whats the optimal path?

-After i end up the main story and achieve level 50, what should i do to power game? level in DUO? in ESO exist the concept of XP grinding?= killing endless mobs ( in general i prefer killing mobs, than running around doing quest for xp)

- Are there any well know XP grinding zones?

- How long should take hiting from vt 1 to 16 veterean? and getting the 360 champion points?

You do want to finish the main story as it will grant you skill points PLUS it's how you get into the veteran zones (Caldwell Silver and Gold)

You should also be looking to finish the main story line of each zone as these also reward you with skill points.

Doing the guild quest lines will open up passives or skills you will likely want at some point, so it's good to do those.

I have heard grinding is most efficient, but it's likely if anyone does know a spot, they won't share it here on the forums.

Not sure how long it will take you to get VR1-16 as they just buffed the XP you get from veteran zone quests (so remember, at least do the main story of each zone) and reduced how much XP you need per level.

Oh, and there's 3600 champion points, not 360. No one has 3600 yet.

The only quests you need to finish are Coldharbor and your Harborage main store quests to move on into Cadwel Silver zones and then complete Cadwel Silver zone quests to move into gold.

I don't know the Ebonheart grind spots as I play AD but grinding is the fastest way to level, before the recent patch you could make a vet level ever 2 hours grinding easily. It should be even quicker now with the reduction in experience required per vet level.

That aside, you might want to complete certain quests and gather Skyshards as you go, so that you have more skill points to invest once you are finished leveling your character.

Even with Enlightenment and XP Boosts, what is a realistic expectation for the total time to reach 3600 CP?

It all depends on how long you can stomach running in circles and spamming Steel Tornado.
