Some of the crafted potions with multiple effects have the same name as looted potions.
For example, the Essense of Health can be a V15 health potion or a V15 Health/Stamina/Magicka "Tri-Pot" Potion. It would be nice if the naming was different, or if crafted potions were colored green instead of white so they were easily distinguishable.

Health & Stamina - "potion of revitalization"?
Health & Magica - "potion of recovery"?
Stamine & Magica - "potion of refreshment"?
All stats - "potion of restoration"?
