None of the sets really look good for my build. Unfortunately I cannot use Telvar stones for agility set pieces.

✭✭✭Im wouldn't spent anything on it. Shieldbreaker is fun for a bit but there are better V14 armors around. Also it is bound to be nerfed someday since ZoS likes to throw around the nerf-hammer after hearing to much complaints about OP this and that.
