Rapid Maneuver - Still has bugs

I thought the bug in Rapid Maneuver was supposed to be fixed in the last patch. I am still having problems with it.

The problem I have is when riding my mount and trying to execute Rapid Maneuver. Half the time it does not appear to be working. When I am having the problem I notice the Rapid Maneuver animation is not fully completing.

When this happens, I have to hop off my mount, execute Rapid Maneuver, then hop back on the mount. It will then work for a bit until it bugs out again.

Rapid maneuver is not working for me at all when mounted, either.

Still falling through the world sometimes when I wayshrine or enter a cave.
Still seeing intermittent long loading screens.
Still intermittently seeing shadow people for 1 minute plus after entering the game or wayshrining.
Still seeing intermittent 500ms+ lag (traceroute is great till Dallas)
Still playing with reduced graphics settings to maintain the 60fps that I had before IC
