Thought it was lag when I played a few days ago. Get back on and noticed it again.
Cast it at an Ogre and wait, it just disappears, cast on a scorpion and it disappears. Enemy health bar remains the same. Is this also a screw up from the DLC/Update?

Only when cast by itself with no other spells, running Streak, Crystal Frags, Force Push, and Elemental Ring as attack spells, will it work.
Cast it without anything and it detonates but if I cast it while casting other spells it just falls off dealing no damage.
Is this how it's suppose to be now? Anyone else having this issue?0 -

grim_tactics✭✭✭✭✭I've never had an issue with it until after I downloaded the latest DLC/Patch.
I was out of town all weekend and come back and just kept noticing there was never an explosion and the health bar never moved. So tested it on different level and area enemies and sure thing, it only works when nothing else is cast at the enemy you curse.
Don't know about PvP, but definitely not working for me in PvE.0
