Almost all large guilds will have an inactive policy where people who are inactive for a certain period of time are kicked. That means that large trading guilds will pretty much all have a relatively constant turnover, so it shouldn't take long for you to find some guilds.

Having said that, you should check out the guild recruitment section of the forums. There are sub-forums for the different platforms/servers, so you should check whichever one is appropriate for you.
