Magicka Templar Pvp Help?

My Vet 6 breton templar is wimpy to even my scraped together vet 1 NB. She's currently using 1h+shieldon bar one and resto staff on the other. She's mixing 2 heavy with the rest light, along with the seducer and warlock set. Even then, she does nearly 1000 less dps than my NB and zaps through her magicka stupidly fast. Does anyone know a half decent Magicka temp build that doesn't require you to set off a thousand abilities before going into combat? Every build (especially Deltia's) requires me to go through some incredibly long ritual before killing off some measly level 10 sorc. At this rate, I don't mind if it's stamina, DPS, tanky, whatever. I just want my character to be playable.

I think the issue you are running into is the 50% Battle Spirit nerf, which basically means you are going to hit like a wet noodle unless you are fully decked out in VR16 legendary gear (and even then have significant spell damage) and the measely level 10 sorcerer having 30K health due to battle leveling.

1000 DPS really isn't all the much at all and a templar is better suited atm to put out better consistent damage than a NB is. A templar who spams biting jabs will out DPS just about anything. A NB is better at focused, short burst.
