It has been a Week Now, and Still No Answer on Talons

It has been over a week now and a 6 page thread has been completely ignored on the Alliance board about Talons suddenly being blockable. With the patch last week, the root effect can now be blocked. Is this intentional or is this a bug. If a bug when will it be fixed.

shouldn't happen. I would like to see a better cool down, and once you have been taloned no other person can cast it on you
for a decent cool down say 1 minute.

When I talon other players, seems not to be effective.

He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis2 -

It was OP.
Not all of us can block more than like 5 average, light hits. (Magicka users for example)

AOE shouldn't be blockable. It it is, its not AOE. As far as blocking a root goes, either all roots should be blockable or no roots should be blockable.
We need universal design principles, not case by case nerfs.2 -

It is only overpowered for a player that doesn't know how to handle it. Most do.
Regardless, my original post is for CLARIFICATION to a CHANGE that WASN'T announced. It has nothing to do with whether the you think the skill is overpowered or not.0 -

The OP was a valid question and should be answered, all other posts have nothing to do with it and arguing whether or not it should/could/should never be used and by whom etc is irrelevant. Yeah, true.. it's just that I have to always use Retreating Maneuvers because of all the snares people seem to be rolling round with in IC lately, like frost, talons, etc. I was happy that it was blockable at first, but what's the point? I can barely block 5 attacks before I'm out of stam, so guessing when I should block Talons would be suicide anyway.
