Is the patch really over 4 times larger for the adversarial English and French (1.5GB) over the industrious Germans (350MB)?

Is it so much bigger for English clients? I see no mention of localisation changes in the natch potes or anything to indicate over 1GB of additional voice acting?
Are the Germans just that much more industrious that they managed to zip the damn thing before making it available to us?0 -

✭The french client is often much larger than the english one (that's one of the reason I play in english). Probably some voice correction.0 -

✭Yes I know (sorry for that). But I don't have an another answer, and on the french side we are asked from a answer from more than one year now, and no response.
The only thing we know is that most of the time, it's the second part of the download who is bigger.0
