Try the in-game group finder by hitting "P" on you're keyboard (if you're on PC). Or shout out a "LFG Banished Cells" in a populated city for your faction! Hope this helps! Not likely to find a group here on the forums.

Your best bet honestly, is to
1. join the UNDAUNTED GUILD early in your starting town INN
2. get to level 45+
3. At level 45, you'll receive an invite to do UNDAUNTED QUESTS IN DUNGEONS
4. Read your UNDAUNTED INVITATION YOU RECEIVE, starts a quest
5. Go sign the UNDAUNTED Book following the quest
6. It takes you to above ground location just outside your capital city
7. For Ebonhart, this is outside of Mournhold for example
8. After signing the book, you talk to a couple NPCs and introduce yourself
9. These are the NORMAL and VET MODE quest givers
10. You'll receive a BRONZE chest key when complete
11. Open your Bronze chest next to the NPCs
12. Now talk to the NORMAL (or vet if you are vr1+) NPC
13. Log the quests / challenges they have. These are DAILY challenges for UNDAUNTED
14. NOW search for groups with the group finder for EITHER normal or VET dungeons using the DAILY undaunted that is CURRENT
15. You'll have the most luck with the LARGEST GROUP of people looking for similar dungeon to group up with
