I'm going to go ahead and say yes. Along with all the other armours we saw in the cinematics.
The Viking style dude with the horns on his helmet are pretty rad.
I think far too many games these days are showing us one thing and giving us something completley different.
Although how or when would you propose it be introduced, level wise that is, it looks like top end kind of stuff that noobs or low lvl players wouldn't be able to use immediately.
Yes they outsourced the trailer to a different creative team with a slightly different aesthetic doesn't mean these outfits won't make it in game. They said as much in a past ESO live. In Fact they've released concept art of how the costumes will look for both male and female characters.
No poll needed. They will be coming sometime in the future, most likely as costumes in the crown store.
Doesn't stop people going naked and dancing at the vampire shrine
Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.
Francis Ford Coppola - BS Dracula: The Film and the Legend
I would be surprised if it made it in game untouched after the crackdown on "sexy armor".
That "crackdown" was a joke. I'm a woman (and a bit of a feminist if you ask my boyfriend), and I almost find it more offensive that I have so few (what I would consider) feminine armor options to choose from now. I almost have to try not to look like a bloke, especially in heavy armor
Anyways.... Give us these armors now! We have been waiting since launch

I've been waiting for all three of these for awhile. Hopefully it's soon. And these aren't just external to the game. The Breton looks to be wearing the Redguard shoulders and gauntlets. And the nord's set can be seen on many statues in game.
Because we don't have proper elves.
And that's beautiful.
