20k Heavy Attack Using Sword and Board

So I Was just curious whats the highest Hit you can get with a Sword and Board.
I need to upgrade 3 more pieces and I can probably do a around 21-23k maybe? Im not sure. Im also wearing 6 pieces of Heavy Armor and 1 light piece.
Has anyone else hit bigger with the Sword and Shield in heavy armor? Havent tested medium armor yet, its probably a lot more.

I totally forgot about Rally... The sneak part I can do without, But I also killed a non Daedric animal so the camo hunter doesn't give all that extra damage.
I might have to do the 2 hand sword on switch for more damage then.
