0 Magicka Regen while in Mist form?

Is this normal to have 0 magicka regen while in mist form or elusive mist? I just noticed it today, if I use mist form, while in mist form I have 0 magicka regen stat and my magicka does not regen.

I am also not immune to CC like the tooltip says, I am still able to be CC...

Ok I understand the magicka regen handicap but the tooltip says immune to control effects but some control effects / cc still effect you while in mist form...

Also while in mist form you can not use any skills or potions or do anything and sometimes you can't even move...

Seems like a pointless skill if it doesn't even do what it says...especially with snares being on super crack since this last patch...

This is why you run a stam build with mist form. Gives you plenty of time to regen your stamina.

Seems like a crap trade off for a skill that says it's immune to control effect but isn't and gives 0 magicka regen but you get 25% more damage to fire...

Thinking of going back to human again...

mistform offers immunity to being stunned or disoriented. All controlling effects such as snares or roots will go through mistform. If you are a templar rune focus will allow mana recovery while in mistform.

Yes, the tooltip lies. Like many other lying tooltips in this game. We put up with this mediocrity.

Yeah, I just went back to human a couple days ago because of all the problems Vamps have in IC:

1) As you mentioned, Mist Form does NOT make you immune to many CCs, making it a lackluster escape/evade tool in PvP.

2) Everyone and their mother running Camo Hunter. I hate getting one-shotted by something that isn't a real attack!

3) Still can't generate Ultimate fast enough to build a playstyle around Bats, which takes too long to start healing anyway.

I think the no regen is fair you take 75% less damage but you need to be fully immune to all CCs it's 4 seconds, with no regen, heals or powers it needs a fix or page one rewrite.
