Things Update 7 has bugged or messed up.

Hello, this will be for anyone noticing errors or bugs or just plain displeasing aspects to update 7. For starters
1. I have increased my max stamina for my DK and Wrecking Blow does not seem to scale off it anymore.
2. I have noticed a difference in the amount of damage shield has decreased for Obsidian Shield.
3. Wrecking blow animation does seem to take a little longer.
4. And finally lava whip, I believe the morph says it no longer heals but lowers enemy health, it hasn't done so.
5. Your turn, hopefully someone important sees this and takes some things into consideration.

The loading screen problems have apparently mutated and now more people are appearing in mid-air and plunging to their death.
I and others have reported difficulty casting Hardened Ward. The animation plays but no shield appears.
Rapid Maneuver was broken but it seems OK now.
Pledges requiring DLC is borked. Sorry, but folks that didn't buy it shouldn't be penalized by losing Undaunted missions.

✭✭✭✭✭Falling through the world upon log-in! This happened three times yesterday, including 'falling to my death' in an apparently bottomless pit below Grahtwood's banker- which is where my character was located when the world opened up an swallowed him. The other two times happened in Coldharbour, the Vile Laboratory twice. Logging out and logging in doesn't help either, it just puts you right back into the same bizarre location. At the Vile Laboratory, I ended up in a frameless world, it was like an endless desert, when I tried to climb the 'rocks' that were closest to me, I ended up back in the Laboratory, but under the green slime pool and I couldn't exit. Happened also in Reaper's March, logged in and then fell through the world to find myself several hundred paces away from where I started but was locked on the opposite side of the invisible wall- I couldn't get back in to Reaper's March quest area; this kind of stuff did not happen prior to 2.1.4.Edited by ADarklore on September 20, 2015 12:07PMCP: 2078 ** ESO+ 2025 Content Pass ** ~~ ***** Strictly a solo PvE quester *****

✭-Crystal shards is also broken. It'll start to cast, then just stops. Worse, just when you think the spell fizzled, it'll fire back up as though you cast it again. Maybe spells have a loading screen too.
-Clannfear and Twilight unsummon whenever they want and this one is bothersome since the markers to let us know they're behind us has been removed. If it wasn't for that heart-wrenching sound the Clannfear makes when being unsummoned, I would never know.
(Note to ZoS: this can be verified at Wayrest. Head to the second floor in the castle. Watch Clannfear and Twilight disappear)
-Knockback on inferno staff has decided to morph into "Whatever it wants". It's either knock back and forget to knock down or knock down but forget to knock back. I've adapted, but only because there's no choice.
-I don't know if others have experienced this, but I'll put it here just in case. When I weapon swap, and use a spell, then immediately weapon swap back, my spells have a significant cast delay, even those marked as instant. They're just not firing off as fast prior to the patch.
-I've also noticed delays on weapon swapping after the issue above.
-Enemies also have a load screen before they die. They just stand there, then finally drop. Even funnier are enemies who clearly dropped but still have a health bar meter that has some red left.
-Speaking of health bars, I'm seeing "shadows" of health bars as if they are turned on, but they're see through. I call them shadows because there aren't any NPCs around when they're showing up!
-Hit or miss on whether NPCs move their mouth while speaking.
Seems like this loading screen is affecting everything.

Anorak✭✭✭Long loading screens, mac users crashing on molag kena fights, few new sets making builds boring, lack of actual depth in the pve content put in pvp, and pvp in general the damage nerf was way too fast. I mean I'm sorry to be rude ZoS but was bumping the damage reduction by 10% too little based on a few beta testers in small scale pvp?0 -
Blackjak-33✭✭✭Stupid guild banks bugged. Showing empty even though the capacity is correct. Contacted support for them to say it'll possibly be fixed next update and to just relogin to fix it. Really?! That's their solution? You mean relog so I can sit through more excruciatingly long load screens?!0

This is an interesting one. It appears that part of the preparation for IC release was a bunch of stealth nerfs and underhanded changes.
I wouldn't be surprised if certain abilities that tend to give high damage when they scale have been "tweaked" so they do less damage. This is a horribly inconsistent and inelegant way to do it.0 -
