No fast travel into Imperial City?
Am I missing something, or didn't unlock something yet, or is there just no way to fast travel into the Imperial City? I just started and played a bit then left and came back, and realized that I had to travel by horse all the way from my faction's wayshrine to the IC all over again (couldn't use keep for fast travel because it was taken by rival faction at the time).
