How to Fix Werewolves
I don't remember the last time I've seen a player transform to werewolf. In dungeons, for example, it never happens. Nor in questing and leveling.
Before the patch people used to get the bite for the Stamina regeneration buff, which you have to admit is a pretty pathetic reason to be a werewolf. Now even that no longer applies.
In order to allow people actually to play as werewolves, 1 of the following 2 reforms should work.
1. Increase the duration of the transformation from 30 seconds to 3 minutes, the amount of time Devour adds from 12 seconds to 1 minute, etc.
2. And this is way better, is simply to lower the amount of Ultimate required for the transformation from 300 to 30. This will allow people to transform often. It will be especially useful for tanks who can generate copious amounts of Ultimate with Heroic Slash (will they be able to hold aggro as ww?) and 2H dps who can do the same with an otherwise rather useless Carve.

But, while they would be nice. you must not be playing in IC. I have seen more transformed were-creatures in AvA since IC dropped on PC than I had in the entire year before.
As far as your points.
1. My current longest transform was 45 min in a cave in Cyrodiil, including killing the boss and two lackeys. Second was a 20 min fight in the sewers with an AD zerg. THAT was FUN. Devour for a minute would be cool tho. Stinks when you cant find anyone to knaw on. but would probably lead to OP calls.
Speaking of which, you should see how fast players release when you are chewing on their fleshy parts.
2. No idea how good your were is, but mine is level 10. I can transform, loose it, build ulti and re-transform on some of the bannerman fights, without using heroic slash. Matter of fact, its not on my bar, since its range is so short. While again, it would be cool to have Ulti at 30, umm.. no, not really. People would scream OP a LOT. Probably lead to making us more susceptible to poison too. the way ZoS buffs stuff. Maybe if we just asked to get unmorphed down to 200ish.....Power level to CP160 in a week:

✭✭✭✭✭Random blood moons with mandatory all-night transformations. During a blood moon, Devour increases health and stamina recovery instead of extending transformation time.
I think duration is really the only flaw. You're given such little time to actually explore the playstyle.signing off0 -

Whats the highest level you have seen Savior? I have seen VR12 as highest.. 5=pc useless on a VR16.

Yeah highest is VR12. I'm vr5 and will get my set of 5 and make it yellow once I get that far. Pretty sure the armour will be fine for me, since I don't plan on doing heavy PvP. I believe it costs 30% less to transform. Fills up super fast, so I'm happy with it.Priests of Hircine

Because to non sorcs 33% is an even 1/3 of 300 aka down to 200 ultimate cost.
Personally i would prefer tomes of hercine in order to diversify our werewolves.
Another option is afflicted champiopn trees. Where you have to invest in the tree to improve it. Werewolf Passives include, Longer Duration, WW travel form, lower ultimate cost & ability cost.
Red point: Increased health and armor by X%
Blue point: increase effectiveness of werewolf abilities by X%
Green point: Decrease sprint Cost and gain chance to evade attacks by X%

Saltypretzels✭✭✭✭Werewolf is pretty powerful in PvP because most people don't expect it. Maybe it doesn't affect the best of the best but normal players panic and just freeze up when I come at them in WW form. Heh. Awesome. I wish you could get a v16 Saviors set.
Anyway, it is pretty powerful already. Maybe shortening the devour animation would be the only thing I would suggest.0 -

Devour animation and time is a too much. Halve that and your talking better.
The statement people don't expect it is very true, but there is the thing a unexpected burst rotation from werewolf is very powerful.... but theno again if you know we are coming we can be very predictible. Roots are our biggest downfall and even our howl can be reflected by DKs... (don't know about templar bubble) this being said werewolveshe running in groups can be very deadly.
Werewolves can't stealth or even rez dead players, they can't mount. So there is definitely drawbacks to the werewolf already not saying this something that should change... but the last thing WW need is a few inexperienced players who got eaten by a werewolf in IC to bring their touches and pitchforks to the forums.Caius

That will happen with anything people don't expect. Meta changes and something new becomes powerful, must be op. Right now I feel the strongest aspect of ww in pvp is that people don't expect to see it, but if it became common place they would lose a lot of their power.0
