At the top of the PS4 Technical Support forum page is the following message...
"The Imperial City DLC game pack and base-game patch are now available on the live console megaservers. Get ready for the Imperial City, two new group dungeons, tons of improvements and updates, and more!"
Can I suggest that the developers add to the end of the above strap line the following text..
"Plus the introduction of a whole set of new game breaking bugs designed to frustrate your journeys throughout Tamriel"
