Hi, I purchased the game yesterday and the past 24 hours have been extremely frustrating trying to play this game. When I try to login, I get the message that my computer isn't authorized to login and a one time code is being sent by email to me. I never get those emails to authorize my device. I tried opening a ticket yesterday, I haven't heard a reply or even got a confirmation saying a ticket was opened. I looked for a way to change my email address on my account, but apparently I have to open a ticket under my existing email that's not getting TESO emails.
I've tried completely turning off my firewall when sending a request for a new one time code, I've flushed my DNS, I've added all the suggested ports, I've even tried to switch browsers, but no luck at all. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
