WHY YES, I WOULD LOVE TO TRAIN IN THE BOW TREE AT VR 16.
Seriously though, when are we gonna get these loot tables fixed? Training should NOT be in the RNG pool for end-game traits. This is the second training weapon I've gotten and it's seriously a waste.

Wasn't a complaint or suggestion, they're already "supposedly" looking at the loot tables for this kind of crap.
