Anyone having an issue with the new Phoenix armor???

Seems like its not doing the damage it says it does, and on top of that youre frozen as it explodes and the 3 seconds of invonerability is while youre frozen then you die after?? Farmed 5k telvar stones then got it thinking sweet, since my hardened ward and harness-somethin or another (light armor ability) got nerfed then ill have time to at least spam those and try to run away and possibly survive. But nope. Die instantly after the explosion. Also the pvp food is broken. Xbox one NA.

Really? That's what ends up happening? Well dang, there goes my motivation to get that set as something fun for group dungeons (basically my plan was to run in first while the other members of my group used ranged attacks only and didn't bother to heal me, then I'd blow up, heal automatically, and we'd start fighting as normal).

Oh yeah and the healing didnt heal as much as it said either. It might work for dungeons but definitely not against 4 or more people in pvp. Depending on how close they are to you. Although i like that it has magika already enchanted on it. Saves me runes. It could be the feather duster on top of the helm thats *** it up x)

Then there are the cases where you DOnt die and are revived like 4 times by the set. After the 4th death you actually die.

I've been using this set since pretty much day 3 after IC update, therefore for around 6 vet. ranks and never had any issue with it. When I fell down to 0 hp, my character made a stance just as being frozen by enchantment, heard phoenix's cry and afterwards I exploded dealing AoE damage and also healing myself around 20% (while in PvP).

So it works just fine for me.

The heal you get from the 5 piece bonus is halfed due to the pvp battle spirit nerf, makes the set useless in pvp...

It's actually awesome if you dodge roll away as soon as you can, when the effect kicks in.. it doesn't always bug

I had the problem today where my Phoenix set would not let me die, just kept reviving me the whole time with no cool-down at all. I had to take it off as people started saying I am cheating

This is very disappointing it's the only set i was interested in. My stamina characters may use shield breaker once in awhile to fight a pesky sorc but only as alt gear to swap to after he wrecks me lol. Maybe sheer venom will be something to look forward to
