NEW Open World Miniboss?

So here I was, just taking a casual stroll at night while talking to a few friends when I encountered a ferocious new mini boss - one I had never seen before.
I feared for my life the moment I realized how dangerous this creature was, and I am ever thankful that it had its back turned to me. I think I may not even be posting this thread if it had turned on me.
Behold, the "Cat of Mournhold", the new open world mini boss:

Slightly improved experience bar, you might have to tweak it a bit to how you like it in addon settings.
