I also have my main character in DC. On PS4 we have two servers where DC is at full force. But in the Imperial City we are still greatly outnumbered. I'm just gonna use my EP alt to play the content and wait for things to cool down.

Before I buy a product I do some research.

If my character is with a faction that is always being spawn camped in Cyrodiil. I know that I will not enjoy any PvP content unless I start a character on a stronger faction.

It is not ZOS problem that everyone went EP or AD.

not to ride 4 to 5 mins to the gate and only to find that there is a huge group in ambush.
also can you imagine returning to IC after kill quest?

so there should be a possibility where thus dlc access can be ruined by kids that maybe cant afford IC and decides to camp the entrance, while being dominating force in campaign

But what they should of done is lock faction so when you pick a faction that's it you can't change.... as it stands now everyone is moving to yellow faction and making it unbalanced

I agree with this guy, and it is not just on the EU servers or AD in general.

There are two experiences with the IC DLC:
1. Good - You join a campaign dominated by your faction (not possible due to full campaigns and hours long que to join as guest)
2. Good - You join a balanced campaign which everyone expects as the default experience (no campaigns are balanced as of last night)
3. Bad - you reluctantly join a campaign dominated by opposing faction because it is the only option. This is like trying to solo a vet dungeon. After a few futile attempts no-one does this again.

I am sorry I don't mean to rant it's just so frustrating to have a game you can't play as other people won't let you...

The enemy is always waiting to ambush you in a direct route.... Sooo dont take the road and teh straight line route. Do a differnt way, Cyrodiil is massive. And when you do start to get close to the entrance use sneak, every class has it. Aslo you could ride far off the beaten path and go to one of the other alliances IC entrance. Go to ADs IC entrance and go inside, it will put you on your side.

This is a PvP content, ZoS said that months ago and encouraged not to buy it if you only PvE. However, PvE'rs in PvP zone are a quick and easy way to farm AP. I like it. I hope more of you buy this DLC and come feed me your AP and TV stones ~

Funny, AD on PC EU is the underdog faction, always has been on all campaigns, but with IC hitting live, AD turned the tables completely and have managed to score top places and keep the map controlled, repeatedly, even after DC and EP nightcaps.

And it's worth mentioning that all populations are equal and poplocked so it's not because they outnumber anyone, just proof that with equal numbers, AD has better and more skilled pvp playerbase, and in equal numbers can dominate.
Good to see it happening as i was sick of playing the underpopulated faction on my sorc and get constantly steamrolled by EP zergs. Just goes to show ya, when the numbers are equal, the EP are nothing but zergs with no skill, always losing.

P.S. I'm referring to the main campaign - Azura star (former Thornblade)

Yet on xbox Eu AD has dominated all 4 campaigns I'd tried since inception until this last week when Thornblade turned red.
I'm solo Pve that had to do Cyro against all yellow. Made getting the skyshards tough lol.
I only ever been ganked by AD zergs...never seen a blue.
Wished a long time now my NB was a kitty...

ZOS could probably discourage zergs if they wanted to (though whether they should is another argument entirely), but there's not a whole hell of a lot they can do to make other people want to play DC unfortunately. Its gonna take people wanting the challenge of being the underdog to spike them up to not being the underdog anymore.

Right now the bigger force is simply always going to be EP and AD until someone gets bored of rolling around in giant groups, and considering this game's PvP called out the old large scale warfare groups from older MMOs, I doubt that's gonna happen anytime soon because everybody loves their guild army.

So Last night DC on all campaigns was absolutely 0 I wasted like 8 hours waiting for DC people and not a single one was around its like all DC have given up and gone to yellow faction or something DC is dead and because of that loyal DC players cat play IC content

or even take 1 fort we are even bring camped at our spawn now

Really?my campaign menu showed full blues in 3 campaigns on ps4 eu last night, azuras had a 300 que near enough..

Quick question. There are a couple of very very quiet servers, with zero bars of any faction, why not grab a group of 5 people, and go in there as a guest? Even if it's owned by an enemy faction if you don't actually try to take anything they won't know your there..

1) On PC, acces to IC is always open for all factions. This sucks for several reasons but it's how it is for now and until they improve it. I doubt that console is different, but I can't be sure.
2) Campaign populations are quickly locked and campaigns full. People inside IC contribute towards the cap. You cannot be telling me that enough AD stay OUTSIDE the fresh, new IC (on every campaign) just so they can defend the map against all those of your faction who cannot enter IC and therefore are free to turn keeps.

Stop spreading misinformation, dodging when people asked for screenshots. You have no clue how this game works. Instead of complaining vocally, shut your mouth and figure out how stuff works.

Imagine someone playing a fps game say like battlefield. That person sucks and can't get any kills/objective done and therefore can't unlock better weapons because he gets zero score. Would you find it normal that this person ask for a game refund? Because he can't l2p?

If with a group of 20 people you can't accomplish anything, than you need to step up your game big time.

If there really is a sad emperor group camping your sewer entrance, they are only staying because you keep feeding them. Simply go to another entrance, or do something else while they wait and get bored, and end up leaving.

If no one is leading your faction, step up and organize it.
If you're not good enough to defeat an enemy group, go online and learn about pvp strategies, builds, watch videos etc

lol you have no clue to make Screenshots you would need like 20 of them 1 each for every campaign to show it's locked yellows then 1 each to show the people camping at all the holes...

Instead I have made 1 video on my xbox to show this and it makes it so much simpler if you want to see it simply search my xbox gamer tag

now again this is on XBOX not PS4 or PC please understand populations are diffrent...

on Xbox the yellows dominate all campaigns weather you want to belive this or not is entirely upto you I really do not care weather you belive me or not....

The yellow faction is made up of a lot of pc players from your pc version and they are really strong and dominate us non pc players and because of that people have left reds and bus to join yellows so they can play IC

now the factions are not balanced and thus the blues suffer... so content we paid for we can no longer access....

and yes the yellows have a big enough population to hold all forts and the imperial city with no problem...

There is also a bug where people can set the campaign I play as guest and not count towards the population cap of that campaign and thus yellows can drag in more people than normal again check my xbox profile for proof I got Screenshots of that and videos

how can a small group of us no matter how skillful we are ever compete against a full zerg of yellows with an emporor..

this had nothing to do with being bad or unskilled there is not much you can do vs a zero other than run and hide...

I love pvp I am good at it and I want to pvp I got many videos of my pvp victories... The thing here is that this imperial dlc caters to zeros. .. and on xbox how can you play IC if no one on your faction Is around anymore...
