    Yeah it's most likely Zenimaxs' fault, since only 99% of players with the DLC can enter lmao. Just contact support.

    Whatever it is.. i leave imperial city go to sleep and when i get back on it says i need to purchase the dlc to enter.. xbox live issue maybe..
