My subscription is due to renew on the first of october. But for some reason it doesn't show up.
I didn't realize this until after I had been in the queue for imperial city for 3 and a half hours.
Once I got there I couldn't open the door, tried to re log and was kicked from pvp only to start the queue back at 540.
Please help! I would like to try the new expansion.

Same problem here. ESO plus subscription is due to renew on the 15 of October. I was in imp city earlier today and logged out at around 1730 est, logged back in just now and it's grayed out. I can't get in. WTF am I paying for a subscription if I don't get the stuff I pay for? Are the dlc's going to go the way of those elusive 1500 crowns that I haven't gotten for 3 months?0 -
datgingerkidSoul ShrivenMine and my friends just started doing this I was playing earlier and I had my eso plus earlier today which is not suppose to renenw for about a half a month or so and it has disappeared as soon as I got to cyrodill... It's been a few days and I haven't been able to even try the dlc...0

]No imerial city with eso plus as well, that's false adverted, we've all paid for a product that we were told would be delivered and it was taken away.
I've had plus for 2 months with no fail, and now I can't access the IC or use any of my plus benefits. I'm paid up, this is lame. Full game crash then no plus and you guys are feining crown lag? Get real, you know you have a serious problem, address it!

People need to calm down though " we should be compensate for this", I think you will find its compensated.
Also.... as Big Mac as pointed out, it seems to be an issue with Microsoft, not Zenimax, so think and use your head before you harshly point the blame at others.

BigMac_Smiley✭✭✭I contacted Xbox support and they said the issue is most likely due to the Xbox live service issues they are having. The did however tell me to contact ESO to make sure there where no problems on there end.

Yes, because the DLC on console is such a positive experience. Please...with the DLC laced full of game breaking bugs, how can't you expect ZOS is behind the ESO plus failure.
Saying its a Microsoft issue doesn't make much sense since its impacting 'Downloading items that you have already purchased'. I've already download the DLC days ago....I'm not downloading it again. It is a Microsoft issue not zos. Try opening the page in crown store where you go to buy crowna ot says no results found or something. It is not zos right now it is Microsoft, so calm down it will be fixed shortly I'm sure.0

Also on console you can see you are a eso plus member under subscriptions but not on your account page on xbox.com so it definitely a Microsoft issue0

The game has to recognize your purchase from Microsoft to grant you access to the DLC. This is the problem with the crowns also. There's a miscommunication between Microsoft and ZOS.0

royalbob5b14_ESOSoul ShrivenSeems to be an issue when entering PvP. Outside of PvP I had the buff then lost it when I entered. Completely quitting out of the game while already in PvP fixed the problem for me and a few people that were stuck outside. I hope this bug gets fixed soon.0
