Tel Var Collector Achievement?

So I've collected 5000 Tel Var stones and still haven't gotten the achievement. Do you have to collect 5000 over time, hold them all at once, get them in one go or did my game glitch? My in game achievements say I've collected 5000 but each time I've gotten 1000 or so I would store them in my bank, so I haven't held them all at once. My game did glitch while I was doing it with ESO Plus and I had to purchases the DLC separately, if it glitched and that has something to do with it. I spent 5 hours safely grinding for this and not receiving it is disappointing. It doesn't help that the achievement isn't very descriptive. Just says to gain 5000 Tel Var stones with in a month.

I received the achievements just for gaining the stones, I didn't even actually have that many left! As well most of mine were in the bank. Maybe take screenshots of your stones and of the achievement and send it in a help ticket?

Mmkay. So I've held more than 5000 and still didn't get the achievement. So it's glitched or a lot harder then it needs to be for an achievement with no gamerscore.

So... Xbox achievements show progress for ESO now and apparently 6018 is 28% of 5000. I must be terrible at math because I thought it would be about 120%... It must have glitched when ESO Plus stopped working right and reset my progress but I guess I'm fine with it because I at least have a progress bar for Xbox specific achievement and I know I will get it when I get about 3500 more stones. Still disappointed I have to go to bed and do it all over again another time because someone else messed up. And I started collecting the stones 4 hours after the challenge started so I know it's nothing I did wrong. GG Zen, but it's still a little broken since launch. I don't see how you could miss any of the complaints of day one issues.
