That's because it no longer shows up on the character sheet since the update changed the way the passive works, in that it now requires an ability to be slotted. Now it is just like the other 'slotted' passives. Aren't sure if it works... check your regen stats with and without a vampire ability slotted- you should notice the numbers change.
