    Some general suggestions:

    - Don't perma-block. You don't regen Stamina while blocking anymore so until you have some tricks that help you regen Stamina via other methods, you want to limit blocking to when a big attack is incoming.

    - Review your build. If you're going 1H/S and DW, you want all of your points in Stamina, and you want set bonuses to support that. Also, morph your powers (when that's available) to the Stamina consuming version. I know that probably seems counter-intuitive since you're running out of Stam too much, but the idea is that if you're specced into Stamina heavily, then morphing your powers to Stamina will let you hit a lot harder and end fights sooner.

    - Use Stamina potions. Not only do they replenish your Stamina, they also give you a period of enhanced Stamina regen.

    - Enchant your jewelry for Stamina Cost Reduction. An important part of sustainability in combat is spending less for each power.

    - Don't dodge roll. At least not excessively. Dodge rolling all around looks dramatic and consumes precious stamina, even moreso now with the "Dodge Fatigue" effect. There are times when you will still need to roll out of danger, but in general you want to be really careful about blowing your stamina on that.

    - Heavy Attack when needed. Heavy attacks replenish the resource the weapon's powers consume. So Heavy Attacking with 1H/S or DW will earn you back stamina, and heavy attacks with Desto or Resto staves will earn you back Magicka. Use this if you're getting low to help replenish your resources.

Beyond that? Try grouping up. Something the content is hard for a new solo player and having a few teammates to share the load with can make things feel amazingly easier.

How do you reset your skills?

You can reset your skills by going to the church in Wayrest in Stormhaven. Pray at the Stendaar altar and if you have the gold you can reset your morphs or your skills and morphs.

You should have had all of your skills reset with the IC update.

I have to disagree with this. My NB tank using 1H/S and DW with magicka, as do many others. Going stamina is no doubt viable, but I think that magicka is the norm among NB tanks. Particularly if you have siphoning attacks (not sure if OP has this yet), you use stamina exclusively for blocking, and regen it very quickly (even while blocking) via SA.

Using 1H/S in the mainhand is for obvious reasons when tanking, DW in the off is great not only for stamina users, but also for magicka users since it gives the highest spell power. Naturally your light and heavy attacks suffer from using DW without points in stamina, but as an NB tank you'll likely use this bar mostly for AoE, where you won't want to attack weave anyway and SA will keep up your resources allowing you to block a great deal while spamming sap essence.

Besides that I pretty much agree with what you've said.

My main is a one hand + shield dragonknight stamina tank with all my attribute points in stamina except for 10 in health for survivability. As a backup I use a 2h weapon for damage. It sucks that they nerfed stamina regen while blocking and dodge roll consumes a significant amount of stamina ever since the update.

I'm not an expert on nightbladles by any stretch but I would recommend wearing medium armor for the added stamina regen and brewing drinks for added health and stamina regen. Enchanting weapons and armor also helps.
