How does a spell critical hit work for shadowy disguise?

AwesomelyWicked
I was wondering about a nightblade spell shadowy disguise. If I spell crit shadowy disguise what way will that benefit me? Do I stay invisible longer? Is it less to cast? ect. Thanks for any help!

Shadowy disguise only adds a bit of dmg to spells. There is no reduction to cost, etc.

IMHO DARK CLOAK is far better for getting rid of DOTs.. at least in PVP.

Way back in the early part of the game, I could never seem to get the Spell Critical from Stealth to work. The mobs would always notice me casting before the spell would fire off. I found using it before a Bladed Attack, or even better, Veiled Strike would give me much better results.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I don't know if it's bugged, but I can't believe Shadowy Disguise is actually stealth. It's just invisibility.

To get the crit hit, this is what I was doing:
-Use SD to cloak so I wasn't detected.
    -Entered sneak mode
    -Got behind/beside enemies
    -Attacked

That worked every time (as I filled with glee watching their health bar deteriorate).

Unfortunately, this only works on one enemy, obviously, because you lose the sneak on hit.

Tip: Get the Night's Wind armor as soon as you can, if you're using medium armor. Requires 3 learned traits but the 5th element negates sneak speed which is the best perk a stealth player can have.
