When will i get my crowns?

Still no crowns for my eso+ sub. After contacting the atrocious support they told me they will contact me again. No response yet. Did i just got scammed by @zos ? Any advice ?

    Xbox or PS4? Scammed by ZOS? Really? Because a major/big company wants to be in the business of being sued ad infinitum. Seriously, be reasonable.

    I can't speak for the PS4 side of things, but for Xbox, several of my guild members haven't received their crowns still. So far, everything has stemmed from an issue on M$ side, not ZOS.

    Guild Member 1 finally got a straight answer out of M$, which was their billing system failed to charge him for July, yet he got his crowns, however. He was charged for August, but to M$, since he was never charged for July, the charge in August was looked at as a late charge. No matter how many times he supplied information ZOS needed to resolve the issue, it still came down to an issue with M$. He never got his crowns. He had to cancel his sub and resub today, which would been this months distribution. He got those crowns.

    Guild Member 2 hasn't been able to get a straight answer out of M$, except that they clearly see the billing error in their system and, no matter how many times they refresh his account, he gets recharged for the sub. ZOS needed a screenshot of his M$ account billing history to see that the sub payment was completed and they could supply him with the crowns ASAP. Unfortunately, M$ was never able to supply that because their system fails to continuously show this information and each new refresh was another $14.99 down the drain with nothing to show for it. He has cancelled his sub, all overflow payments were refunded by his bank. He'll be resubing tomorrow to get his monthly crowns.

    Seems to me, until M$ can figure their crap out, best bet is it sub, cancel next day once you confirmed you have the buff and crowns, rinse repeat each month.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes im on xbox. So i have to contact Microsoft? Im paying via paypal and i got charged already but no crowns. Thanks i will try my luck with the microsoft support.

    Yeah, definitely contact them. Check your PayPal account and see if the month you're missing crowns for was charged and paid. Then, check the previous month.

    Was the previous month charged and crowns received? Contact M$ and, once your M$ Account shows the month was paid, screen shot that along with your email address and GT and send that info to ZOS.

    Was the previous month not charged, but crowns were received? You may not receive them and you may have to cancel your sub and resub once the current 30 period is expired.

    Yes last and this month i got charged and i received my crowns last month without a Problem. It should have expired 9/3 but i made a new sub with a different paypal account received my eso+ buff ingame but no crowns. .I already made a screenshot and sent it to zos support no answer yet. Currently the ms support isnt available but they got a service warning regarding downloadable content. May that be the case so many didnt received there crowns yet? Anyway i appreciate your replies .

    It's not always an issue with MS. Sounds like for several of you here, it was. But for me, it was ZOS problem, as my monthly payment for August went through as usual, only I didn't receive my crowns as usual.

    I didn't catch it right away, as I'd had zero problems with receipt of crowns previously. I just noticed it last week and put in a ticket with ZOS, providing them with a screenshot of my payment history and the other info they needed. They responded back that my ticket was sent to the team that investigates billing issues. I hope to have it resolved by 9/15, when my ESO+ renews, but I don't think it likely.

    Also, I just realized that my renewal date is the same date as IC launches on XB. Since their major content launches are usually accompanied by bugs/glitches, I'll have to keep my fingers crossed that I get my monthly Crowns.

    My renewal went live this morning and for the second month I've still not received my crowns. I've checked my Microsoft purchases/subscriptions and my paypal account and it shows I have in fact paid every month. I've sent another ticket this morning but it doesn't look like other than the cookie cutter response they want to respond to me about this.

    I get IC has come out recently but for me it's out next week and who knows if I'll get IC if they don't want to send me my crowns. I have the buff in my character screen but if they aren't recognising it in other ways I've not got a lot of confidence I'll get IC and I'm not paying for it when I'm paying for the ESO + program.

    Yea i opened another ticket too but they closed it cause i already have one open. Ofcourse they wont response on the old one. I contacted the Microsoft Support today and they said its all on zenimax side they have nothing to do With ingame currency. Zenimax support is a atrocious joke....

    Been having the same issue here. Never had a problem before this last sub hit on the 9th of september. I ended up contacting microsoft over the situation and went over my account just to make sure the payment hit. I got a conformation email, shows up in my microsoft billing statement and also ahows in my credit card deductions. Not sure what the woman did, but she told me to wait a couple hours to see if the crowns showed up. Well it is a day later and still no crowns.....guess they are getting a call back. My husband had no issue on his account and we even use the same credit card, so I don't understand what is going on with these companies. No issues with any other games either. At this point I don't know who to contact and tired of one company blaming the other for the issue. Someone needs to own up and get this fixed so us paying customers don't have to go through this every month.

    I don't really see how Microsoft are to blame here when it's such a large issue with everyone on all formats. PS4 customers are paying for crowns and not getting them, PC customers have had this issue in the past I understand most of them are alright now.

    Everyone of those payments regardless of platform has been paid for through someone (credit card/xbox/etc) that isn't ZOS yet the issue still remains. I don't use my crowns for a lot other than the limited time mounts and cosmetic items and health potions are always a bonus seeing as my characters aren't maxed out yet. But if ZOS has a system that allows me to get x amount for free a month why would I not use them as I see fit and if it's such an issue they could always make the buffs better and take the crowns away whilst they fix everything.

    As it is it's not unfair to want what you are told you will get for your money. The responsibility is ZOS's not anyone else's.

    I've just called ZOS and got a guy who was very helpful and is escalating my report. If you've got the time I recommend it. It's much better than waiting for an email and the support staff actually want to help you out.

    If your in England it's a London number and thus not extortionately priced.

    My email ticket did get escalated after I provided them with the information they requested in order to investigate my issue. I suppose it's dependent on which tech support person responds to your email. For this issue, I actually didn't get the canned, very general response (as I did with the Veteran group dungeon level bug), but they actually responded to my specific issue and told me what I needed to provide to them in order for them to investigate.

    I'm guessing that they're getting flooded with a bunch of these tickets, since this seems to be a common issue. I'm so frustrated, as I've never had any issues with Crowns before, even on PC.

    If you look on the forums you can see it's a fairly common problem but the guy on the phone wasn't aware of it being a common problem. At least not from the calls he gets.

    The email I got originally was the bog standard if you have a problem go to our faq section etc they didn't ask for proof of payment which the phone guy waited on the phone to get the email so he could instantly escalate it.

    He did say it could take me a couple of days to hear from the escalation team, but at least I know it's finally being looked into on my account.

    My case is now in the same boat - escalated to the investigation team and that it may take a couple of days.

    The issue seems to be common enough, since my first response was directly related to the issue and outlined all the steps needed, so hopefully they've got some sort of system in place to get this resolved for people.

    What would be ideal is if they would actually fix the underlying issue to the problem, which appears to be some sort of breakdown in the payment transfer information from MS/S to ZOS. Since I see that this affects both XB and PS customers, I think we can assume the issue is on ZOS' end. At least for those whose payments have actually been charged to their credit card and noted in their console account.

    What I find funny is that if I buy crowns outright I get those straight away, no issues at all. My sub renews and it goes haywire. Part of me wonders if it's something to do with the subscription program as nothing changes in the buff so they don't have to do anything new or special. The crowns they need some sort of command written into the system to automatically send them over to the right people.

    Still waiting on my Crowns from August & September... I had to submit a ticket in June cause my first lot of crowns for ESO Plus weren't automatically added - and now its happened again.

    Support keep giving me spoon fed scripted responses regarding screenshots and the like - I handed them the full information regarding the problem (including screenshots of my Xbox account login, and my emails from Microsoft confirming that I'd paid for the ESO Plus renewal and I've still not received anything further.

    Why is it so difficult to automatically reward the crowns when the sub renews? - of the 4 months or so this game has been going you've failed almost every month to add my crowns! =/

    I really like ESO, but if the service for the ESO Plus continues being terrible on towards the end of the year with my needing to raise a support ticket EVERY month for missing Crowns - then I'll just cancel ESO Plus and take my money elsewhere.

    But keep sending mails to your ticket support at least every 72hours, because in 96hours they automatic put your ticket on solved and close it.

    Yeah, I still don't have my August crowns, although I didn't notice and submit a ticket until Tuesday (8th) of last week. But, I suspect I'll have to send them another email tomorrow (9/15) when my renewal comes up that I didn't receive my September crowns.

    They are really going to lose a lot of money on this if they don't fix the underlying issue. The solution to have players submit tickets when they don't receive their crowns is not a solution. It's a Band-Aid fix (like the group dungeon level stuck on veteran glitch).

    Seriously, people want to give them money for ESO+, so they'd better get it working properly or people are going to stop renewing. I know I will, and I've been a subscriber since early access on PC.

    2 months worth of crowns missing for myself. Cleary an issue that needs addressed. It's really hurting the reputation of the company that no one from support can give us an answer on this matter. Id like to see the presence of a support employee comment on this thread to show that they actually do care. With the new DLC coming out I had every intention of buying it with my crowns. But I feel like cancelling my subscription altogether. What a let down. Let's see if my ticket will get answered.

    My ticket regarding my August crowns was answered pretty quickly and specifically related to my issue and not the usual canned response. When I provided them the requested info, I heard back the next day that my ticket was escalated to a special team for investigation. No word since then, though. I've been responding every couple of days to make sure the ticket is not closed.

    My September renewal is today, and I fully expect that when I get home tonight, I'll see that I did NOT receive my September crowns.

    Put a support ticket in, asked to prove purchase of eso plus. Which I did. Second response I recieved was an apology and stating crowns should be on my account with a little bit extra as an apology. Kudos to Zos on this one. Was handled quickly, efficiently and have one happy customer who will carry on buying eso plus.

    Make sure you read the support ticket properly and send over all details asked for from your purchases.

    Wow, you got extra crowns? I certainly didn't. I guess it depends on the particular support person. I'm happy that it only took a week to get them, but if they're randomly handing out extra crowns, that's a bit dodgy to me. I've been a subscriber since early access on PC and an ESO+ member since it was introduced - no extra crowns for me. Ah well...I didn't expect any extra, but it does reflect the haphazard way they've approached this issue.
