degeneration (entropy morph) proc with Biting Jabs ?

Hi,

Degeneration tooltip says "while active, your weapon attacks have 15% chance to heal you for 100% of damage cause".

My question is simple : does it proc with biting jabs ?

In my understanding, weapon attack means light/medium/heavy attacks, and not skills.
