Mounts
When I upgrade my mount, is that for the mount I am using or for all mounts I own? I am looking to buy the expansion and if I buy extra I was thinking of getting a new mount...but don't want to train it again.

✭✭✭✭✭You are actually training your character. So it will apply to all mounts that character uses.
You train Aewnes to 20 pack, 10 speed and 5 stamina. Any mount Aewnes uses will have those stats.
Your other character Lovia - will not have those stats even though all the same mounts are available to her. You must train up her pack/speed/stamina too.
So yes, if you only have the one character, you can buy any mount, and on that character - all your stats will still be applied
