Ive been an ESO Plus member for almost 2 months. When should I expect the issued Crowns? is it on the first of every month?

MadLax✭@rc567, Every month on subscribe date within 24hours. But right now there is a problem with getting crowns for ESO Plus.
You have to send in a Customer Support Ticket, select under "ACCOUNT/BILLING" then select "I have a purchase issue"
They'll send a Auto-Response mail back, because they want this info from you: (If your console user)Please keep in mind that Crowns Store purchases do not transfer between servers. If these steps have been completed, but you are still missing part of your purchase, please reply with the following information:
1. Proof of purchase (follow instructions found at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/30614/track/AvNAIwrKDv8S~RbAGjUe~yINMUkq7C75Mv90~zj~PP_9)
2. Gamertag
3. E-mail address on ESOTU account
4. Purchase date and time (please try to be as exact as possible)
5. Type of payment method (credit card, in-store currency, etc)
6. Country

Hoops this helps you, its will still take sometime after doing this, for support to fix it.
Also you have to keep mailing every 3days because they auto-close you ticket after 4days, but this only starts after a first response by human..
