if i just teleport there will i still get ap from both places even though i didnt join in thru campaign, i just need to change a morph

and also will i still get xp for assualt and the other pvp skill line

It is not possible to "just teleport" to Cyrodiil. If there is no queue, you may be able to use a wayshrine to go to your Home Campaign, but that often bugs out and is not advised.
