Unable to Change Chat Channel - Countdown constantly on Repeat

Has anyone else had this issue? I am in a group but unable to switch from Area Chat to any other channel as the countdown keeps restarting at 6 as soon as it reaches zero

Dashboard, press start on panel with the game on it, hit quit, reload game.
It happens to me all of the time whenever I jump around my different toons. I log off on one, jump to another, and then the chat bugs out.
Gotta reload the game.0 -

Something I've tried already as well as hard resetting my Xbox and clearing the console saved game sand Blu-Ray cache to no avail.

Khrogo✭✭✭Have exactly the same problem. Started with the IC update. Tried hard reset, reboot, logging in and out, deleting saved game data. Nothing works. I have a wired connection with open NAT. I am also unable to change voice channels.
What I have noticed is that, even when area chat works, the microphone symbol is always flashing. Wondering if this is the same for the OP?
