Stam builds cuz our defense got pwned and we have to compensate, shield breaker makes low health a liability and we need survivability that light armor can no longer give us.

At a minimum we are trying to avoid being put into such a precarious position. Not to mention they filled out some awesome tools to make it good

Scathing gives critical hits a 10% chance to apply extra spell damage. So basicly if you have 100% crit you would have a 10% chance to get an increase in spell damage every 6 seconds for 6 seconds. The lower your spell crit goes, the lower your chances of it giving you the bonus.

Overwhelming is indeed just a martial knowlage copy, with a different 5 pc bonus.
