Any help with thks game breaking bug?

Unsure of how to embed videos on my phone here but if you can see the video youll see this bug/glitch or whatever makes it so you can't attack or use most abilities. Anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it? Makes the game unplayable. Any help appreciated

I had something like that but it was worse like all my attacks look like I never pressed a button. Using an Emote fixed my case.

Other thing would be if you used a skill before this happened, like I transform to WW but was killed transforming, which bugs out certain skills.

I have had the odd occasion where my action bar appears greyed out, sometimes fixes with action bar switching otherwise its massive lag ... but I can't actually see that happening on your video.

I'm just seeing a half health crab not dying - looks more like server side lag to me.

He having animation reset to idle after it hits a set of frames. which preventing some attacks. I just had this happen to me.

This normally happens if attacking a returning, out of range(height), or route to enemy block. Which seems that that game got stuck on that protocol. Only attacks that would still work would be the AOEs as these skills don't require a target.

Coding wise it hang on a safety trigger. There many of them, so of these will get you into trouble of getting killed or stuck in a loop...

I had a similar one on PS4, my hands/weapons stopped moving completely but my attacks and specials still worked, it was kinda weird to see monsters dying when my character wasn't doing anything, I logged out and back in and all was well.

I have had this happen to me almost once per day since launch...until a recent patch & now it's very very rare. Still super annoying though as it has gotten me killed in many dungeons...
