Rapid Maneuver not triggering when pressed
I often have to press the button many times to get RM to cast. Sometimes it will cast but will not show the effects (i.e. the streams of light don't appear behind my character while running) I don't care so much about the effects showing, but the repeated non-casting is a definite issue. This has been happening since before the patch.

✭✭✭✭✭Yes, I experience this, too. I often have to use another skill first. Sometimes I will press a ground-targeted AoE like Arrow Barrage. That just brings up the targeting, it does not activate skill. I then go back to Retreating Maneuvers and it works. And since I did not actually attack with Arrow Barrage, just brought up targeting, I did not waste any stamina. I did miss precious seconds of time, though, working around the bug.0
