NPC'S don't speak after the recent update

The NPC's don't speak anymore after the update, any answers?

    Todays patch & dlc downloaded fine. Started game 3 times now and no voice over. I am in coldharbour. Any help on this issue. Am on xbox 1

    I restarted too and still can't hear anyone. I'm not restarting again only to sit in que for another 30 minutes.

    I don't hear footfalls from my PC & the horse is silent. Loading screens are very long now.

    Hey zoz_GinaBruno... yes several times. Even rebooted internet connection... still nothing.. this kinda *** really pisses me of !!!!

    Yeah.. it doesnt. Now, I will "E" an NPC, or, heck, even a log.. nothing will happen.. and I wait.. and wait.. try again.. and end up back at the login screen. Happened two times today and two yesterday.

    BTW.. so far, I did a game repair yesterday, and one again today. BOTH times, the game repaired files. Its almost like the game is corrupting itself as it runs.

    Let us know which NPCs in particular you're having an issue with, and we'll check it out. It doesn't seem to be affecting all NPCs consistently, at least on our end.

    It seems to be affecting any npc I talk to. Right now I am in windhelm. No npc talks in town or surrounding area. Sound effects for horses and people walking are gone also. I have characters on both servers and the problem extends to both. I think I have lost other sound effects also but have not spent enough time in game to make a determination. Please fix.
