Perhaps I read incorrectly, hence my query here and not a complaint.

I went to IC, chatted, was given a quest to go hang above ground but haven't yet, went into WGT alone (that was stupid), tried to exit, and was booted out to Mournehold. Huh?
Then, had to reset campaign in Cyro as the game told me I hadn't assigned a campaign?...yet I had teleported from my Cyro campaign to the sewer entry at that stage already & had been in Cyro for hours.
I also believed (wrongly?) that characters were given a base sum of TV to begin with?

Any assistance please guys.
