Not seeing the Bank/Bag slot upgrades in PS4 Crown Store

It was widely believed that the Bank/Bag slot upgrades would be coming the the PS4 Crown store with today's update. I am not seeing them available in the Crown store as of now. Were they left out of the patch? Am I broken?
