Imperial City Question

IC is being added to the consoles today. the ads say you can go there at level 10. Does this mean that the content is scaled for whatever my level is? For example, if I'm wanting to do PvE in IC as a level 10 templar, would I be facing level 10-11 enemies? Also, would the dungeons work the same way as they do outside of Cyro, the dungeon is scaled to the group leader's content?

You'll be facing VR16 enemies in the IC districts and sewers (plus whatever enemy players may be there), but you'll be battle-leveled, so it won't be undoable. It'll be tough, though. The 2 group dungeons will scale to your level like any other group dungeon, but all group dungeons have a minimum level that they won't scale below, and I'm not sure what that minimum level is for these ones.

You will now get battle leveled to VR14 if you go into options and make sure you have battle leveling on. This works only in cyrodiil/IC

It works the same way as Cyrodiil, you will be battle levelled. Battle levelling has changed though and will now battle level you to an "average" VR14 character.

So, in other words, it makes sense to not do it until I get the veteran ranks because my gear would be so unederleveled?

It won't be that bad - especially if you choose the non-veteran campaign so that you won't be running into VR16 enemy players. To show you what I mean, here's my level 44 character's stats outside of Cyrodiil:

And here they are in PVP with battle-leveling in effect:

So yeah, the gear still isn't as good as it would be at vet levels, but resistance is increased anyway, as is spell damage, weapon damage, health, magicka, and stamina.

and i the only one,that has scratched there head at the dlc's price tag? i dont know about any of you, but $25 just for a dlc. thats pretty money hungry if you ask me

Keep the battle leveling off and give em' hell level 10!

No ... actually don't. That's pretty crazy. I kept it off last night on my VR7 and did fine, but VR7 isn't exactly level 10.
