I'm a bit confused here. I thought ESO+ subscribers got free access to DLC including IC? However when I go to Collections it says IC is available for 2500 Crowns. So, is access to it free for ESO+ subscribers or not? If so, how? If not, why not? Since free access to DLC was probably the primary reason I took out a subscription.

It's supposed to be included within your ESO + cost. It's also listed there to buy with crowns if you want. Try to go into IC and see what happens, it should let you in no problem.NA Server - Kildair0 -

While you have an active sub you will be able to enter the sewers and IC......
Just bring up your map when you enter Cyrodiil you will see the sewer entrances marked near the middle of the map.

✭✭✭✭✭You get access to it only for as long as your subscription is active - that's why it also shows up as being available for purchase. If you want to still be able to access it after your sub expires, you can buy it with Crowns.

it is unlocked you do not own the dlc however you do have access to it just go in the sewers and you will be there1 -
