Sorcerer Magika Recovery Slashed?!

Hi guys!
My mate is complaining after the Imperial City update the Magika recovery from 1300 to 700?! It has nearly been halved and his build doesn't work anymore. I am the same build, and currently downloading the update, so is there a way around this, or is this it?

Not sure on Sorc's, but myself and other felt the pinch of lower stat recoveries on PC after the IC patch. LOTS of small changes are adding up to it I think.

Yeah I went down from 2k to 1.3k so yeah now stack something doesn't work you gonna have to sacrifice some spell damage in order to have some recovery

Same for stamina regen on my stamina blade dropped from 2200~ to 1600~

Did you check to see if your Mundus Stone is still there? If you were using Atronach before, that might have been reset with the update.

Once i put that back on, my regen actually went up, so much so that I could put spell cost reduction glyphs on my jewelry. Which I think it better than having Regen.

Have you restat? got your mundus back?

After i got my mundus etc... back i only dropped from 1600 to 1500

Regen is actually better cause cost reductions still get diminishing returns if you do the math. At lease with regen you get the full amount and are not wasting points. Both CP potency and the cost reductions are diminished.
