Update stuck at 28%

I managed to "encourage" mine by pausing and restarting the download, give it a try now and then.
But yeah, the download speed is abysmal... You should probably prepare yourself for having to reassign your skill points as well, 'cause the update resets them.

I had my wife start my download while i was at work and then when i got home, mine said it was stuck at 3%. I was extremely dissappointed but tried to play the game and to my surprise the patch was complete and i was able to log right in. Im not sure if you have tried this or if this would work for you, but my % shown was not accurate.

Mine was stuck at 22% for an hour then went up to 28% for an hour and after 3 hours 62% and then 100% after another minute or so. It doesn't read like it is updating but it is.
