Sky Diving with no parachute..please supply or fix

More and more of late after logging into ESO or moving to a new location I find myself free-falling endlessly through the sky, sometimes dying upon landing and sometimes with a screen flicker it resets and I appear normally. Can ZOS please provide a parachute or fix this issue? As the nearest thing in game to a parachute is the Phoenix set, rather expensive I may say and has so far only saved me once

An achievement would be cool.. maybe like the Nose Diver in Stormhaven? 5 achievement points, afair
Now everytime we'd fall through the ground and whatnot, we would get 5 points.. for every 10x falling, we'd get a new dye or something, consider it like a fragmented achievement

The IC patch was horrid and the latest patch just added to the horror.
The Lag makes playing Dungeons impossible when your block or heal is half to a full second late, let alone PvP.
I log in and try to make it to upgrade a horse or do a writ but not much else.
Screwed the pooch ZOS.

Auricle✭✭✭✭✭There is one change introduced with this latest patch. Now, about 50% of the times when I start falling from the sky, the UI reloads when I'm a metre from the ground. So now instead of falling to my death with a reassuring, if grim, certainty, I now log in, start falling, but have the tiniest bit of hope that it might reload before I die.
The hope makes it all the more crushing when I just crumple to the ground. This game is trying to break me.
