If cp was a massive issue stop pvp ing and go pve till you have some.... but you won't. ...so it's not a big deal to you.

CP is a big deal. Just yesterday I was watching a NB build from Deltia's gaming. I was very excited about the dmg that build could manage and I had all the money necessary for the sets he was wearing (except jewelry).
Suddenly he shows the spell dmg and I see he nearly has 3k. I say: nice!
Then I see his spell critical: 44% nice!
Then I see his magika rec: 1,3. Mmm not much. Oh wait! 43k máx magika. Ni....!! Wait a minute... How is this possible. Every Stat is so high compared to me.... Mmmmm....
I move forward in the video and he had 624 CPs. OK. I'm out of this video.
Yes, you can make the build similar to his with low CPs (I have 500 CPs LESS than him). But you will either have low spell dmg, or you will have very low magika rec, or you will have very low health, or very low critical. In the end, your build is going to be his build at 25% effectiveness.
This is a bit depressing.

That's exactly why i dismiss any build deltia comes out with because he can afford to make it work for him with CP. Not that they are bad builds most are very good if you have the cp to make it work

Sorry... but this is not entirely true.... are you really saying that we should all know everybody on the EU server who has high CP?

Now, if you mean a few high profile examples, well known players, the big PvP names then I agree.... if you PvP a lot then you know who are the more experienced players and whether you want to fight them or not...

But there is no way for anybody to know who the other high CP people are... not possible I'm afraid.

Which does raise the age old question of whether or not a players CP level should be viewable in the same was as their vet rank.

even you alcast?, i know some knowed Zerggroups farming IC cause they can and want.
and i know they have more than 600
But you know wath? even if they have 0 CPs i dont want to run into them, if they Pop up in Cyro i go off, dont want to lag bomb them.
btw on ebony, mby you know wich Groups i mean.

But the funny Thing allone they can nothing, not all but 90%, and will lose vs you.
So idc if they farm CPs like nabs, it will not make them batter in smal scale PVP

He got smeared against the wall the other day by yours truly while trying to lead or being a part of a stealth zerg in IC against some solo-mat-farming players and PVEers instead of playing on even grounds at peak times (so it was even funnier). 600 cp does not save you. Put your points into what's most important, forget about "having it all" right now. Find the balance that works for you and it will only get better.

Let's put this thread to some use for some info :
There used to be a thread (that's been deleted later since everytime teabagging is mentioned the conversation goes downhill) where screenshots from official ZOS mods were published, it was warning and measures against teabagging. So yes, it is a reportable offense. Not as sexual harassment though as per regular law, but simply against the ToS and code of conduct.
So do not hesitate to report teabaggers if you feel like it.

No there aren't. The last ESO live The devs mentioned that the top player in the game is sitting on 1600 CP. after that player there is a big drop off down below 1000
