As the topic says , does anyone know how to get "Overwhelming Surge Set" ?
I looked it up on wiki but it just sayZ imperial city without any details.
Plus its bind on pick up, so cant be buyed.

Does it drop in new dungeons?

    Not a pc player but from what I gathered it drops out of the new dungeon, WGT I think. Idk if it also drops in ICP aswell

    V15 White Gold Tower normal, V16 quality White Gold Tower veteran.

    Drops are random and there drop other sets too, so you won't always get the right one and as usual in this game when it comes to BoP drops...they are very rare. There were some threads from people who grinded the tower without a break, there posts didn't look promising concerning drop chance...

    To grind it, you first have to beat the tower. Not that easy btw on veteran, even after the nerf.

    Seriously we went from having over 15 endgame jewelry sets to only three. Words cant describe how terrible this is.
