Tab-target Reticle / Hud?

Hi all,

When using tab targetting, target is outlined with a white border. But i have seen videos where people have [ ] boxes around target instead. Does anyone know if that is an addon or a setting somewhere?

    Heey there, its the new animation of it, the boxes where the old ones.
